None of our shirts use chemicals to achieve the UPF ratings. UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) ratings are based on the fabric's ability to block ultraviolet radiation from the sun. Fabrics themselves can provide protection against UV rays by absorbing, reflecting, or transmitting the sunlight. This means that the composition of the fabric and its weave structure play key roles in determining the level of sun protection it offers. In some cases, certain treatments may be applied to fabrics to enhance their UPF rating, but these treatments are usually mechanical or physical rather than chemical in nature. We strive to offer the most competitive prices without compromising on quality, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of UV protection. Our office, warehouse, and headquarters is located in New Orleans, LA. However, we do not have a brick and mortar location. However, we work with many different businesses and retailers who sell Rayward products. Shipping and Delivery

Shipment times may vary depending on the delivery location. We offer free USPS first class shipping for any online orders, which will typically deliver to you within 3-7 business days. However, we also offer more expedited shipping options at checkout if you need the product faster than that.

We offer free economy shipping for any orders, but also offer expedited options if you need the product faster. Please make sure to allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

Currently we only service the US and Canada. If you are considering a purchase outside of those areas please contact us to ask about it prior to placing the order and we will see what we can do to help out.

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order is processed and fulfilled you will receive a second email which will include the carrier provided tracking number.

Items in their original, unwashed and unworn condition may be exchanged up to 30 days after the original purchase date. Once we confirm receipt of your qualifying return, you will receive a new Exchange Processing email to confirm your replacement item(s). For customers in the United States, exchanges ship for free via Standard Shipping. For customers outside of the United States, exchanges may require additional shipping and handling fees to cover the added expense of international shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for your replacement order to arrive. To start your exchange, pleasecontact usand make sure to include the order number and any additional details.

All of our products are guaranteed to be in new condition without any defects. If there is an issue with the product, just let our team know and we will send a replacement ASAP.

Custom and Wholesale Orders

Within our custom ordering services we offer a variety of different fabrics and effectively endless fabric colors to choose from. If you are interested in a specific style and/or fabric color, please reach out to our team who would be happy to assist with additional information and pricing.

In order to qualify for wholesale discounts within our custom ordering services we require the order be 100 pieces or more.

Yes, the custom products we make are 100% customizable. You can choose the fabric color, logo design and placement, logo color, shirt style, and more.
