Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns

We want you to be as comfortable buying our products as you are wearing them. That means reliable shipping, easy exchanges and no-hassle returns. We protect our customers just as diligently as we protect your skin! SHIPPING ORDERS

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders shipped via Free or Standard Shipping will typically deliver in 3-5 business days, depending on the distance to your destination. For Expedited Shipping methods, please place your order before 12 PM CST to ensure timely delivery.

Transit times for Free and Standard shipping are not guaranteed. For guaranteed transit times, please select one of our Expedited Shipping methods. Rayward Apparel is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

NOTE: We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or any address outside of the United States or Canada.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer International Shipping outside of the United States or Canada. If international shipping is required, please contact us for a custom quote.

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind our products, but we want you to be as comfortable purchasing online as you would in person. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, our Hassle-free Returns & Exchange Policy offers you a free exchange or refund for the full cost of your returned items, less shipping and handling, when applicable (exclusions apply; see below). Please note that shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded on returned items.

EXCHANGES

Items in their original, unwashed and unworn condition may be exchanged up to 30 days after the original purchase date (120 days for pre-sale purchases). Once we confirm receipt of your qualifying return, you will receive a new Exchange Processing email to confirm your replacement item(s). For customers in the United States, exchanges ship for free via Standard Shipping. For customers outside of the United States, exchanges may require additional shipping and handling fees to cover the added expense of international shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for your replacement order to arrive. To start your exchange, please contact us and make sure to include the order number and any additional details.

REFUNDS

Items in their original, unwashed and unworn condition may be returned up to 30 days after the original purchase date (120 days for pre-sale purchases) for a full refund to the original payment method, less shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving a qualifying return. To start your refund, please contact us with your order number for us to begin the return process.

RESTRICTIONS & EXCLUSIONS

All returns for exchange or refund must be received no later than 30 days from the original purchase date (120 days for pre-sale purchases). Returned items must be in their original condition, meaning unwashed, unworn and with original tags (of course, we hope you’ll try on your received items to check sizing and fit, but please don’t wear them out for a trial run).

  • Unless otherwise noted, all sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges can be issued.
  • All custom embroidered items are final sale. No returns or exchanges can be issued.
  • International returns and exchanges may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees.

RECEIPTS & RETURN LABELS

In order to reduce paper waste, we do not include printed receipts or return labels in order shipments. You will receive an email confirmation for online purchases, which will serve as your receipt. To request a return label, please contact us here.

If your order is incorrect, defective or damaged, please notify our team as soon as possible by emailing orders@raywardapparel.com, including a brief description of the issue.
